Sneade's Ace Home Center, Not Your Average Hardware Store, is looking for Retail Operations Assistant Managers to help to support, empower, and coach each employee within the store to achieve the company's goals and objectives by exemplifying and enforcing the Sneade's Ace Home Center culture by building upon the foundation of our Mission Statement and Core Values.

) 401K Contributions Paid Training Paid Vacation Time Employee Discount Employee Sick & Safe Leave Every other weekend off Healthy work/life balance (40 hour work weeks) Responsibilities Include Building relationships with not only our Sneade's team, but our community & vendors Driving out our Core Values & Mission Statement on a daily basis Understanding, abiding by and enforcing company policies Supporting the Retail Operations Manager ( Store Manager ) Motivating the staff to tackle each day with drive and enthusiasm Opening & Closing the store in accordance with store policies and procedures Ability to handle and solve customer complaints Ability to always drive a positive and energetic working environment Coaching your team with love and accountability when needed & much more Required Qualifications Age of 21 years or older At minimum one (1) year of Managerial experience Self-motivated go-getter with a positive attitude Desire to make a meaningful impact Deadline oriented with the drive to take on new tasks and projects Good time-management skills Experience working with Microsoft Office Strong email correspondence skills including use of gmail platform Critical Thinker with the ability to problem solve Good interpersonal and communication skills Excellent in collaboration and teamwork Accountability within self and others Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Understands the importance and strong customer service skills Wiling to learn & grow with us Additional Preferred Qualifications Retail Managerial experience Schedule Info Full Time Weekend shifts required Opening & Closing Shifts Required Position location(s) Owings, Maryland Lusby, Maryland Charlotte Hall, Maryland Leonardtown, Maryland Work Remotely- No No Job Type:
